KAR33M is Canada’s soon-to-be breakout Afrobeats artist with music that is rooted in truth-telling. His live performances are engaging and theatrical leaving audiences transformed into dedicated fans. He has performed at multiple cities across Africa and North America, and more recently at Felabration Nigeria at the New Afrika Shrine in Lagos. He draws inspiration from the iconic Fela Kuti, and will be featured as the main subject about Fela's legacy and the history and evolution of Afrobeats as a music genre in an upcoming music documentary series on Canada’s Bell Fibe TV1. Also, he was recently awarded the Fela Kuti Afrobeat Innovation Award in Canada.
